Our signature Premium British Lager is influenced by the Bavarian Helles style, but just like all Utopian Beers, it has been brewed solely with the finest, British grown malted barley and hops. A slow, low temperature fermentation followed by a long cold conditioning, gives this lager a crisp, clean finish whilst allowing all the wonderful flavours from the malt and hops to fully develop and shine. Light golden in colour, with depth of flavour and impeccable balance, this is lager at its finest.

440ml can from Darts Farm: BB 18th February 2022. Drank at home on 8th October 2021. First beer from these guys that I didn't think was good. I found this a bit bland and uninteresting compared to all the others I have tried (about 8 or so). Clear golden body, white affair on top. Light malty front to the nose and taste, not much else going on.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours crystal clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, simple biscuits, white bread, very slight bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet, mellow biscuits to finish. Totally drinkable, straightforward lager.

Can from the Madness Housing of Tremblers. It pours clear lager cold with a dissipating fizzy white head. The aroma is fresh, white bread, doughy sweetness, custard creams, hay, cracker, cereal and grain. The taste is crispy, snappy, dry, clean, grassy, fragrant, splash of American cream soda, custard creams, dough my white bread, straw, nip of spice and a metallic twang with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Works well. Straight forward and moreish.

Listening to TMS, eating a lentil and chickpea dhal, drinking a crisp lager. All very good.
