A collaboration with our friends from Black Iris Brewery. A classic, stripped back malt bill supports a piney, resinous combination of US hops, with a dank grapefruit nose, big bitter hit and dry finish

Light haze on this gold beer, smäll and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth but thin and somewhat dry pale malts, a modest creamy sweetness. Fairly pithy hops, some lemon peel and lemon peel bittermess.. Tangy bitter finish. Lemon peel bitter linger. Lemon marmalade. Yeah, nicely lemon but otherwise lacks and deftness.
