Dripping Pitch is a decades long experiment on the flow of a highly viscous liquid. Some would say IPA has also become a decades long experiment changing and flowing with our taste and location. This West Coast IPA is but one stop on the IPA trip, citrus, zest and resin usher in this crisp and bitter blast from Cali.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is odd sicky, tangy lemon, stale grains. Damp straw. Flavour is composed of earthy rustic malts, damp straw, hay, spicy pine, grass. Palate is semi sweet, mellow sticky resin, moderate carbonation.. Decent.
