Bottle. One of the lowest brett expression I’ve seen in their brett pales, I’m guessing it might’ve been fairly fresh? Not bad anyway, but it was lacking finesse the way it was.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Clear golden yellow pour with a white head. Zesty lemon, lime & gooseberry nise. Very gueuze-y flavours - green apple, zesty lemon, lime, more 70s Isley Brothers funk than Mandrill. Bretty, bitter lemony finish.

Bottle at home in the garden 7 July 2023. Pours a golden beer a slight haze, big White head . Aroma is citrus, very light brett. Taste is citrus, very light Brett, reasonable beer not as much Brett as I hoped for
The one on the right. Not always The Kernel's biggest fan, this is a very good beer. Hazy and pretty chewy for 4.4%
Hui, ein rechtes Nadelwald-Bouquet, viel Bitterkeit, hier wurde ordentlich gestopft. Das wilde, brettige braucht etwas Wärme zur Entfaltung

A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a reasonable fine crispness. Light and sweetish malts. Mellow brett, very laid back indeed, just a light savoury funk in the background. Some soft Mosaic floral fruits, blueberry more obvious on the dry finish. Taiheke also ran. Light and drinkable and defo not a Brett bomb.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry grass and light funk with a bit of sweet onion underlying. Flavor has dank grass and light onion with citrus and a bit of funk backing.

Keg at Mother Arch ii, 27/04/23. Ligbt haze on a golden orange pour topped with a just off white cap that retains well. Nose is light brett, pale malts, straw, citric shreds, melon, grains. Taste comprises melon, stale bread, grass, lemon rind, earthy, balanced brett. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with balanced brett laden grassy hop bitterness. Tidy.
