Score
6.64
ABV: 5.5% IBU: - Ticks: 11
This beer in the DOUBLE DRY HOPPED PALE ALE style (5,5%Vol) has a orange color and a fine persistent withe foam. The scent is with intense notes of exotic fruit, where pineapple, mango and passion fruit predominate. The taste is soft with fruity sensations and subsequently a strong but never intrusive bitterness. A Pale Ale created in a modern way.

Golden colour, a bit of haziness but still transparent. Medium sized white head, quite large bubbled but shows good persistence, though little lacing. Pretty nice intensity in the aroma: light, soft-feeling malty base (cerealy, slight biscuity hints), fresh hop notes with stone fruits (peach most noticeable) and lighter exotic fruits notes (mango most noticeable), perhaps a hint of grassy freshness on the back of things. If i smelled this without knowing i would probably have thougth of a red ipa. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, maybe there's a hint of spiciness from the hops too, but barely there. Very nice sweet/bitter balance i think, with both quite intense (at least per style, with a good dose of bitter hops contribution, though overall quite in line with current apa trends). Slightly on the sweet side in the mouth, where fruitiness shines, slight bitter edge in the finish, with a bit more grassy character showing up. Also a light (offpath) sourish note in the aftertaste though. Light to medium body, average, quite dense bubbled carbonation. Perhaps not as much an easy drinker as i thought it would have been; definitely "denser" than ususal per style. Overall: nice one, very pleasant refreshing character, a couple minor flaws though.

Lattina.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark blonde, almost amber, fairly transparent, with creamy fine white foam. Aroma is delicately citrus, hoppy, resinous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with a bit of cereal sweet behind. Final is kind of dry.
