Can from Coop in Zermatt, Switzerland. Pours clear pale straw with large white head. Aroma is malt, grass, herbs, and lemon. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter, and faint acidic. Body is watery with medium carbonation. Finish is medium long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, grain, grass, and herbs. A bit thin but otherwise pretty nice.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a smal, white head. Faint wort aroma. Light body, a slight, dry maltiness and a surprisingly hefty dose of bittering hops. Quite decent. 200325 --- Beer merged from original tick of Quöllfrisch Alkoholfrei on 09 Dec 2024 at 18:46 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3.5. Original review text: Can 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a dense and lacing white head with good retention. Dry malty nose, vague hint of wort. Light body, again discreet wort, discreet sweetness and a metallic touch. Lightly hoppy finish. Decent. 091224

Buying this can, at the coop Caroline, Lausanne, during one promotion, autumn 2024. Opening one of the last can, yesterday with my wife, at Epalinges, after the work. For me, it is an average beer for the style, a bit light and watery, smooth, malty, a bit bready, mineral, classical German bitterness, refreshing
