Der optimale Import für den Kühlschrank: unser Export mit 24 Bittereinheiten. Mit einer goldgelben Farbe, der feinperligen Kohlensäure und einer dichten Schaumkrone ist der vollmundige Klassiker ein Bier, wie es im Buche steht. Die 12,3 Prozent Stammwürze und der höhere Alkoholgehalt von 5,2 Prozent machen es zum echten Kennerbier.

In my opinion, it is a decent beer for the style, perfect when you are thirsty, a bit metalic, malt, hop, a bit watery, classical, 11.03.17, serving me at Freiburg, in our rented flat, buying it at one Edeka.

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Clear golden coloured brew with soft dry bitter taste with hints of lemon and an bit of caramel.

Süffiger, mild würziger Beginn. Leichtes helles Malz, wässriger Hintergrund, monoton. Kurzer, süßlich herber Abgang. 8/8/9/7/9/7

Malty aroma with a hint of butterscotch. Fairly soft flavor after the promising aroma. Malty, just a bit strong flavor. Lacks a bit of hops, although noticeable in the aftertaste. Alcoholic, in spite of its modest ABV. Bottle, Jägerstüble Todtmoos.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig. Geschmack malzig, getreidig, minimal herb.

Clear yellow with an orange hint white head smells malty and hoppy. Rather dissapointing.

On tap as Ganter Export, 5.2°. Yellow beer, clear, with a modestly lacing white head. Almost neutral on the nose. Taste of light sweet malts and some light hoppiness with a "Helles feel" but nothing interesting. Rather sweeth, has very soft bitterness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, fizzy, short finish. Maybe tap fault, but this was really gassy. Average. There are better Helles...
