Something we never though we'd say - we brewed a smoked beer! We were joined by ya boi Drew from Boutillers as well as Lost Industry

A series of four cherrywood smoked beers were brewed, each named after a church burned down by Norway's 'Satanic Terrorists'.

This version is pale rauchbier with cherries

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, deep, rosehip pink. Soft haze. Slim ring of white. Nose has light savoury smoke. Cherry stone. Cherry juice. Hint of funk here, too, which is nice. Taste is a little sweet, with a light, earthy, cherry stone tartness. Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Fairly oily. Soft smoke on the finish. Nice one.
