Bottle from Connolly's Wine Merchants, online. Cloudy red-purple pour, small pink tinged head. Looks the part. Aroma has a confectionary strawberry note. Not much beeriness, maybe hint of a basic malt. Taste is grainy wheat, strawberry syrup, jam, sweet but not sickly, very low bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. Refreshing is slightly basic fruit beer.

Look: cloudy crimson red with a moderate pinkish head of good retention. Aroma: strawberry bubble gum, distant malt and starch. Taste: medium sweet, strawberries, wheat, bubble gum. Very low bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: an inoffensive and basic fruit beer.

Cloudy red color. Strawberry aroma, very sugary. Very sweet somewhat artificial flavor, sugary and syrupy. Hardly any sourness to compensate. This really is too much sweetness for me!

33cl bottle. A hazy purple reddish colour, mid-sized most good lasting purple head. Aroma of artificial sweet red berries, strawberries. Taste of red berries, sweet strawberries, jam, sugar.

Bottle from Beers of Europe chosen by the mrs. Pours dark pink/red with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of strawberry blancmange. Very sweet and artificial. Light body and thin texture. Average carbonation. Finish is saccharine. The mango and passion versions were ok but not this one.

Pours clear red with a light pink foamy head. The aroma contains strawberry, some candy and a bit of marzipan. It tastes medium to heavy sweet and light sour. Short finish, watery/sticky texture, fizzy carbonation. Just not that good.
