This is the first beer from our barrel aging program, all of the beers in the blend were aged for a minimum of 6 months in ex-Pinot Noir barrels.
Expect a fruity funk with aromas & flavours of ripe peach, dried apricots, grape skin, soft coconut and a balanced oak character.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 16.12.19. Hazy pale straw colour. Aroma and taste of sour citrus, dandelions, dried flowers and succade. Similar taste, with sour brett. Good and complex! Dry and acid mouthfeel.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, barrel, grape, funk, citrusy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, wheat, grapes, wine, funk - brett, citrusy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]
