Keg at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey. Hazy gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Funky savoury brett, quite strong. Orange and orange peel. Savoury bretty dry finish. Big on the brett, a little too much for my taste, but it’s fine.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Bretty aroma no doubt. Bretty lemon in the mouth. It?s like all beers need balance and this isnt. Needs more backbone to carry such biv flavours.

Keg at HL3 - London. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Huge poopy aroma, truck loads of manure, with side notes of lemon peel, grass, funky grass. Light sweet flavour with moderate lemony acidity, more manure impression, soft rindy bitterness, hints of wheat. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Somewhat bitter on the finish, with more manure, nips of grass, hay, lemon peel. Hints of flinty minerality. A little unhinged, but not bad overall.

Keg at HL3. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is very dirty, musty, funky brett, barnyard, manure, slurry, tropical fruits, pina colada and brioche. The taste is dry bitter, tart, funky, musty brett, sweaty, sour lemony vibe, grapefruit, lilt, sherbet, pina colada, with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fun, but too much manure on the aroma. Good pina class vibe though.
