Pale Ale with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.

A recipe that's been with us from the very start. Layers of orange peel and juicy grapefruit, a smooth bitterness and top notes of pine, refreshing apricot and passion fruit; this is a perfectly balanced session beer.

NOTE: this beer was originally branded as one of Left Handed Giant's from 2017-2020, at which point it was switched to LHG Brewpub as it became their house beer. From 2024 it has been brought back to the main Left Handed Giant brand.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Slightly hazed golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrus zest, stone fruit hint, hops. Taste is malt, wheat grain, oats, juicy fruits, citrus, with hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can at home picked up from LHG online. A mostly clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a decnt white head. Aroma is decent tropical fruit, grassy citrus, opal fruit, nettle loose wheat, flaked wheat. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, chalky, midget gems, straw, grassy hop, mixed tropical salad. Palate is crisp , light grains, fine carbonation. Light chalky. Good stuff.

Half-pint, draught at Thomas Tallis Alehouse. Shared with Finn. Cloudy golden body, lacing rings from a fair white head. Rip fruity nose, grassy. hop fruity taste with moments of peaches, grass, and citrus. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Easy to drink. Just alright. (Canterbury 11.02.2023).
