Pale Ale with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.
A recipe that's been with us from the very start. Layers of orange peel and juicy grapefruit, a smooth bitterness and top notes of pine, refreshing apricot and passion fruit; this is a perfectly balanced session beer.
NOTE: this beer was originally branded as one of Left Handed Giant's from 2017-2020, at which point it was switched to LHG Brewpub as it became their house beer. From 2024 it has been brought back to the main Left Handed Giant brand.

(Draft at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 21 Nov 2025) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, peaches and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, apricots, passionfruit, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, dry. Hoppy and refreshing. Very nice.

On tap at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 21st February 2026. Hazy mustard yellow with lasting, shallow white foam and a fair amount of lacing. Tropical fruits dominant in aroma. Spiced citrus peel and juicy fruits in-mouth. A finish of pithy citrus. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

The sky above drinking this one is all blue on this winter day. It's a lightly hazy pale golden in appearance beer. Session strength and textured, with a slight but unproblematic watery feel, it has mild pine in both aroma and taste that appeals.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Slightly hazed golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrus zest, stone fruit hint, hops. Taste is malt, wheat grain, oats, juicy fruits, citrus, with hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
