Pastry Stout with Chocolate & Coconut.
A huge quantity of oats went into this grain bill, along with a complex array of crystal & roasted malts for a layered, aromatic base beer. We've gone all out on the desiccated coconut, with some freshly toasted flakes and a cold extraction of Columbian cacao nibs, for good measure.

Can at the strait and narrow. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma snd taste are chocolate and some sweet coconut. Rich body

Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Small dark tan head. Aroma: Some dark malt, toasted not roasted. Lots of coconut. Taste: Dark malt, very lightly roasted. Heaps of coconut. Sweet. Bought: Bierrevier, 100 ml tap, CHF 3.25 Info: 30/11-2024
