Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Exit 33 Mosaic ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale nuts, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, grass, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170810] 7-3-7-3-14

Newcastle jaunt. Cask at the Newcastle Tap. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light tropical fruit and orange. Taste is pithy, fruity. BItter finish

Cask @ GBBF 2017. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy finish.

Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Very lightly hazed pale golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is fresh citric peel, melon, tangerine, faint pine, juicy hop notes. Taste comprises orange pith, toasted grains, bread dough, citric sherbets. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a good splash of lupin. Decent hoppy golde.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 5/09/2017. Golden in colour with a slight, off-white head. Big, herbal aroma with some passion fruit and a hint of berries. Flavour had a solid, almost bready malt base, more tropical fruits and greenery, a hint of toast and dry finish. Very good.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light and fairly dry malts, some light creamy milky sweetness. Tangy grapefruit and tangerine. Good floral fruits and a whisper of Mosaic blueberry. Light finish brings some pithy peel bitterness. Nice brew, very drinkable.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, mild grapes, dry hops. Taste of dry grassy hops, floral hops, pale malt.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A clear. Golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is lemon, fruity hop, little mango,. Flavour is composed of mango, woody, littl tangerine,. Palate is semi sweet,, soft grains, white bread,.. Ok. Nice Hoppy gold.

Clear pale golden color with a white layer. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium (-) body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Malty, citric, and mild fruity flavor. Decent session ale.
