Tap mad mex. Nice sweet perfume aroma. Clear and pale. Mild initially but does have some bitterness lurking in there. Decent amount of co2. Not bad overall but to say this is a wild or sour ale is incorrect. Its a saison my friend.

Sampled on draft the House of 1000 beers this beer poured a bright golden-amber color with a medium sized foamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet bread, honey and tropical fruits. the flavor was tangy and somewhat bitter with notes of candied tropical fruits, pine and bread. Medium length finish of tangy tropical fruits that turns a bit dry at the very end. Moderately full bodied. Nice hop presence but not much wheat showing through. Decent.

Draft at House of 1000 Beers, New Kensington. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of candied citrus, wheat. The taste is wheat, citrus hops. Medium bodied. Did not detect any brett or sourness in this one.
