To celebrate our fifth batch, we took a novel approach to brewing and added some hops. Fermented with our house culture, this mixed fermentation sour beer was then dry-hopped using 17.5g/l of Citra and Ekuanot BBC. Drink fresh to enjoy maximum flavour.
