ABV: 5.7%. Light cloudy medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, sweet malt, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dusty, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190706]

500ml bottle at Zapfhahn, Bamberg on 12th Sep 2018. Amber body, almost clear; off-white topping. Malts rule both the nose and taste, with caramel to the fore. The hops arrive late, but calm the sweetness down nicely. Liked it.

Summer Sunday @ Dolle. Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with cocoa and a touch of ash. Sweet malty flavour with fruity notes, ashy off-notes, and an unpleasant bitter finish.
