Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, pale malt, caramel, biscuit malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, cookie, biscut malt, cookie, bread, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170810] 5-3-6-3-12

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Smooth sweet malts, smooth floral mid into sweetish floral citrus. Smooth finish. Nicely sweet floral citrus.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A clear yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty malts, grassy, hedgerow. Little eggy. Flavour is composed of light grains, grassy, hedgerow, dirty hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation. Not a huge fan.
