Inspired by an internet troll's comment about what they expected from us when we first announced we were opening a brewery, we're so happy with this intensely juicy and tropical Double IPA that we think you'll find the title more than a little ironic. Made with Apollo oil, the highest quality Citra hops possible, and Mosaic Lupulin Powder, it's bursting with hop flavor.

Mango, green onion. Pours murky orange with good head and lacing. Body a little thin but still pretty much in keeping with style. Tap at Aslin 4th.

32oz crowler pours with a murky opaque dull copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up strawberry, hay, grains, mango and ripe tangelo. The taste delivers smooth soft juicy mango, cantaloupe, a bit of papaya strawberry and then a nice cracker maltiness. There’s only a modest degree of grapefruit like hop bitterness in the background creating a sense of flavor balance. I love that cracker maltiness up against all the juiciness going on here. Good stuff.
