12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 10/18/19. Wave of green dank right when I open the can. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of green hops, herbal, dank, and nearly vegetal. Pale malts and just a hint of fruitiness. Taste is lemon, lemongrass, pine, pithy grapefruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, moderate lingering bitterness.

So its a can of the ultimate balance of the finest beer ingredients made out of the best water from the elusive spring of life? Looks like any other generic first generation clear pale IPA. Tastes like any other crisp fresh IPA. Rude as all hell as with any well made ubiquitous IPA. Terribly rubbery chewing on rubber inner-tube mixed with sightly fermenting green grapefruit pulp all coated with spruce tree sap. Good thing it smells better than it tastes. Yes, just another on-style one of a quadre-quintillion other IPA's out there.

Ever so slightly hazy golden and barely peach coloured body with a nice, three centimetre tall pure white head that leaves a nice lace on the side of the glass. Aroma of very pungent fruits with a lot of citrus, stone fruits and a dash of flowers and light herbal notes that show a good deal of alpha acids and a smooth grassy finish. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy flavour at first with a herbal bite and a touch of fruits throughout with a smooth, very light sweetness, but more of the bitterness from the hops than anything else, but a good balance with a strong malt backbone. Aftertaste shows the bitterness with a good white grape juice sweetness, but also more floral and grassy notes that present a solid hop flavour to support the malts and sugars in a nice way. Overall, a pretty nice IPA with a solid profile and a nice fruity vibe throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Harris Teeter in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 08-July-2019 for US$1,87 sampled in my hotel room here in Patuxent River, Maryland on 17-September-2019.
