Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Nearly black. Dense, creamy, lasting, lacing, leggy, tan head. Looks the bees knees. Nose has steeped vine fruits. Fruity coffee bean. Fruity dark chocolate. A little woody. Hint of vanilla pod. Taste is rich, coffee bean bitter. Pretty tangy and vinous. Light, milky coffee, fruity sweetness. Smooth and creamy on the palate. Touch of twang. Fine carbonation. Coffee and twangy vine fruit to finish. When Odyssey get it right, they completely nail it.

Modest white foam and very dark brown body. Nice roasted barley aroma leaning toward chocolate, maybe some coffee in there too. Flavour is a big bitter molasses hit with dark chocolate notes. Dry on the back end which is nice and alcohol is hidden. A little too much oomph though, could use a bit of finesse to tweak things up.
