Bottled@Tapas, Umeå. Slightly hazy red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is tartness, some wood, red berries, mild vanilla and elderflowers. Flavour is pretty much the same elements in a some what dry palate way. Still very pleasant to drink.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Berries very present. Moderate acetic flavor. Strong berries notes. Long great finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ HenrikSoegaard tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are nice sour lactose acid, malt, fruits, citrus, berries and has a nice sour finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Slightly hazy orange. Great berries, passion fruit, a bit of vanilla, tart, juicy. Very nice and refreshing.

Flaska från Glasbanken. Grumlig smutsrosa vätska utan skum. Bärig med mycket jordgubbe och lite hallon där kärnsmaken märks mest, aningen sötare än andra Brekerietdrycker, vanilj. Fint i sommarvärmen.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate raspberry, strawberry, tart, passion fruit, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, strawberry, passion fruit, raspberry, dry, light vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 330ml bottle. Cloudy, crimson colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Tart-ish, fruit acidic aroma, notes of sauerkraut and red berries. Taste is sweet-and-tart, fruity, fruit acidic, citric and minimally lactic, notes of raspberry, strawberry, red berries in general, sweetish undertones of vanilla, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar; minimally astringent, tart finish. Nice composition, very refreshing.

(Bottle) Cloudy deep pink with tiny white head. Lovely aroma, mainly raspberries with hints of vanilla, yoghurt and funk. Medium body, slightly creamy with modest bright carbonation. Taste is very fruity - raspberries and passionfruit with some citrus. There’s some nice yoghurt and earthy notes. Great beer.
