Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2019-04 getrunken. Dieses hellrote Sour Ale wird deutlich von einem rotes Beerearoma bestimmt. Die Säure ist moderat und sehr stimmig zum Gesamteindruck. Dieses Sour Ale macht einfach nur Spaß und Brekeriet beweißt wieder einmal das sie wundervolle Biere dieses Stils machen können.

26-03-19 // on tap at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Glowing pink red. White head. Nose is raspberry dominant. Sour fruit tart. Minimal vanilla in the end. Great.

On tap at Rbabarrab. Hazy reddish with a small head. Aroma of raspberries, mild funk, light bread and hints of vanilla. Some strawberries in the finish. Kind of soft and easy to drink.
