Supe nice berry fruit character. Tartfrumky yeast with nice oak character. Excellent balance of fruit and tartness. Very well balanced

Sample at Haandfest 2019. Hazy pink body with a lacing, small off-white head. Aroma is acidic raspberry, funk and wood. Flavor is medium acidic raspberries, wood and funky brett. Medium body and raspberries also dominating the aftertaste. Quite nice and balanced, but there is really not much going besides the taste of mild funky raspberries.

From bottle. Tart raspberry with puckering sourness, raspberry jam, funk, red fruits. Tart and moderate sour, jammy, wonderful.

Raspberry raspberry raspberry and saison body and funk, love the drinkability. Not super acidic or overwhelmingly jammy. Just solid raspberry and saison vibes.
