Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very fruity with lots of raspberry notes that are a bit jammy. Light oak notes, earthy phenolics, lemon and pineapple. A bit of floral and grassy notes with hints of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, brilliant, purplish red with a large, thick, frothy, pillowy, pink head that recedes slowly to a small film, that clumps on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a medium light acidity with a light sweetness and light grain notes. Moderately strong raspberry notes with light earthy, herbal phenolic notes. Light lemon, pineapple and floral notes. Light mineral notes and a dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with moderately high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice SARA saison with solid raspberry notes. Base beer shines through a bit and the raspberry notes aren't too jammy. A but of a sharper, drier finish than I would prefer, but still very nice.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy reddish, small pink head, good lacing. Aroma is funky, lambic notes, horse blanket, berries, raspberrry, socks. Flavor is light tart, medium lambic funk. Medium body. Quite good.
