Bottle at the Cellar, 2/16/24. Dark, inky, no head. Oxidation, light roast, light dark chocolate. Not the most exciting nose, no coconut, low barrel, but no sugar or booze. Yet in the mouth it's wonderful. Little/no oxidation, chocolatey, malty, mild coconut, good attenuation, no alcohol. Great balance with acidity coming from the roast?

750ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is amazing toasted coconut chocolate vanilla bourbon barrel kick. Taste is more of the nice almond joy coconut chocolate barrel vanilla. Wow

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Black color with no head. Malty aroma, chocolate, caramel, coconut vanilla, cinnamon notes but most probably I am confused from the coconut, light cocoa, milk chocolate. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium to full oily body with soft carbonation.

[ As Shared Barrel Aged Coconut Vibes - White Wax ].
ABV: 15.0%. Clear dark black colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coconut, bourbon - vanilla, cinnamon notes. Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, coconut, chocolate, roasted, toasted coconut, cinnamon notes. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190615]
