Our 7% Pastry Sour collaboration with Branch and Blade Brewing conditioned on Orange, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Marshmallows. We had an absolute blast brewing this with these guys and are incredibly excited to drop our version. Blazing Love smells and tastes like an orange julius with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Seriously.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange in color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet to tart oranges, pithy and a nice balance from vanilla/marshmallow sweetness
Flavor: great balance between tart to sweet to sour qualities of the oranges & vanilla/marshmallow sweetness with a touch of spice from the cinnamon; finishes orangey and marshmallow sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning to being sessionable as the marshmallow seems to really push down any tart or sour assertiveness
Overall: nicely done pastry sour ale that might be a decent starter sour for some people.
