75cl bottle. clear amber, small offwhite sort of light light brownish head. aroma is light caramelly, light flowery, faint sweet malts. decent mild classic aroma, fairly well balanced. flavor is malty, faint faint dark dried fruits, some powdered sugar, the end is ever slightly more roasted malty and bitter hoppy in a way that supports the malts rather than takes over. Pretty well done vienna/classic, well rounded, tastes good, is mild, but that is okay for this kind of beer.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and caramel, with mild touches of malt and hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and bread, with estery notes and bitter, hoppy touches. Bittersweet aftertaste of hops and malt, with estery notes. Well-balanced but rather sweet for the style.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Sweet, refined toffeeish aroma. Medium body, caramel, a hint of roast, vaguely nutty, but also a greasy and not entirely pleasant edge making the beer not entirely clean. Some late bittering hops. 070719
