Can from the Packie
Lightly hazy deep yellow color with a thin white head that persists.
Lightly sour smokey earthy floral maltiness with hints of earthy spicy hops to counter. Odd brew but one of the best I've tried for the style.

Exciting find today. Gold pour and white head. Nose is smoky wood and sour wheat. Tatses of wheat, smoke, lemon, lime, scallion, dandelion greens. Lingering smoke texture. Tasty stuff

On tap at Novare Res. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is smoked malt, lemon zest, wheat, grass. Slick body, dough, smoke, citrus, wheat, dry finish, very good.

50cl bottle from the brewery pours a starchy yellow, white head. Oaky, beechy nose, light grist, phenolic cheese. Flavor same. Lacks a little body or salinity but its nice. 7 4 6 3 12

Pours slightly hazed pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Earthy campfire and tart oak aromas. Crisp with straw, melon and earthy smoke front to back and into the dry, lasting oak finish.

Brewery draught, 11/18/22. Moderately to lightly cloudy, golden-brass. Large, white head, good retention. Gentle smoke and light lactic notes. Minimal lemony acidity with big mineral, rustic grain, nutty wheat. Soft, but with gentle tartness and lemony acidity. Excellent, varied malt and wheat character. Great balance with lingering tartness and rich but understated smoke throughout. Good texture with excellent attenuation. Extremely drinkable. Lingering peppery smoke.
