Field Blend is an exercise in embracing time as a source of wonder rather than an instrument of control. This is one of an ongoing series of beers which exist because of an intersection of elements which presented themselves at a given point during harvest. As such it is less a reflection of intent and more of synchronicity.
2022 Peach and Pluot Field Blend was made from a blend of barrel fermented and aged beers refermented on late harvest organic O’Henry peaches and organic Flavor Grenade pluots from Collins Family Orchards in Selah.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with local Snowberry honey.

750ml bottle at share. Cloudy pale golden with a small but sturdy white bubbly head. Aroma is stone fruit, heavy on the peach. Plums have a bit more say in the taste, sweet, fruity with an appropriate tartness and barrel notes.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction - Bermondsey. 2022 vintage of the beer. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with ample notes of pale wood, grass, grapefruit peel, dried plum. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with a bit of quenching tartness, peach, grass, wood. Excellent.

Bottle thanks to Adrian. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong peach flesh, plum skin, mineral, wood. Thin body, peach, plum, mineral, light funk, wood, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
