Bottle from Vine and Grain. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Off white head. Nose - toffee, fudge and plum. Taste - plums, toffee and rhubarb jam. Palate - medium bodied, tangy middle, slight malty finish. Overall - enjoyable.

Panda at home, thanks to Shig, 19/12/20. Clear golden to light amber with a well presented just off white cap. Nose is fruit loaf, light spice, grains, prunes, light sugars. Taste comprises soft malts, raisins, toasted grains, toffee, sugars, prunes, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge. A respectable offering.

19/10/2019. Bottle direct from the brewery. Pours dark amber with an average size off-white to beige head. Aroma of malt, toffee, nut, hops, bread and light winter spice. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, oily watery texture, average carbonation. Fair.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, fruity malt, bread, toasted.
