Drew brewed up this new Vienna-style Lager for our spring enjoyment! Slap Concert is named after a bizarre, deep reference to an Austrian concert that turned out to be pretty horrible (look it up!). As always, we let Drew develop the recipe in his fashion, name and help create the label to showcase his desire for this Vienna Lager!

On tap at SP Cellar. Pours a clear orange gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt, dough, cereal. Medium body, biscuit, toast, dough, clean finish, enjoyed this.

Can at share: pours amber with off white head. Aroma is light caramel, pleasant hops, light grain, earth. Taste is lightly bitter. Low sweetness. Refreshing.

Can, at share, thanks to Ryan. Pours dark brown. Strawberry, caramel, biscuit, black pepper. Medium body. Very nice.
