Soleil started as an experiment, the use of two fruits, together in one barrel with a delicate Missouri Saison for refermentation and finishing. The result is a beer fitting of its own name. Soleil 2023 showcases a harmony between peaches and passion fruit, with our distinct Saison profile. Bottled in June of 2022, this beer kept developing and maturing so positively, we waited until now to share it with you.

Rated at Badassriver Beer Lodge Platinum Edition. Funky, sourish and tart with some peaches, oak and hints of vanilla, some passion fruit. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong passionfruit, peach, floral, oak, lemon zest. Medium body, peach flesh, passionfruit, yeast, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
