Can @ Saxo tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Oily. 190419

20/3/2019. Draught at at Anchor Tap, Horsham. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, light roasted malt, vanilla and dark fruits with a hint of liquorice. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Full body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Delicious palate, and pretty good otherwise.

Tap at 3rd Culture, Singapore. Poured a clear dark brown with a long lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, sweet fake sugar, liqouirce, light alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich sweet toffee malty liqouirce hop bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Brighton Bierhaus, Brighton on our birthday week, Saturday 18th November 2017 Black in colour with cappuccino colour head. Quite a lot of lactose, milky sweetness but there is a little camp coffee and sweet liquorice, it's soft in the mouth. Good, actually very good. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
