Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ As BRAW / Kaiju! Brodan ].Clear dark dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted - dark malt - chocolate, wood, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, cookie, caramel - sweet malt, fruity hops, dusty hops, light chocolate - roasted. IMO: more light a mild CDA than a brown ale. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190527] 7-4-7-3-14

Bottle @ Aarhus Ølfestival, Tubinehallen. Pours very dark brown with a brown head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, chocolate, bread, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, malt, little yeast, caramel, little bread, citrusly hops. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish.

Clear, dark amber colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, caramel malts and floral hoppy notes. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Dry, fruity finish. Nice Brown Ale.

Draught at Braw Bar. Clingy lacing from a covering layer, hazy brown-reddish body. Earthy malts on the nose, mid-sweet. Blended taste of dark dough,biscuit, and ripe fruits. Roasted malty ending. Medium bodied. Pretty alright. (Copenhagen 23.11.2018)

Jeg går planken på Craft Vesterbro 26.11.18: brunlig kobber med godt skum der varer. Tropiske frukter, kix, rugbrødkrummer, overmoden citrus og bitre urter. Bitter, tør afslutning uden charme.
