Barrel-Aged Morning Bell is a select blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in previously used whiskey barrels including Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr., and Wild Turkey 10y Russel’s Reserve barrels with an average age of 23 months. This portion of the blend was then further conditioned on a blend of coffee sourced from Bali and Nicaragua from our friends at Rook. This beer pours a dark black color with mocha crème head and presents deep notes that combine a robust bourbon-soaked chocolate, nutty praline, and Java chip coffee profile and warming barrel aged character throughout.
