Bottle. Pours hazy straw medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is dominated by stonefruit, peach, hint of sharp funk, basement, wispy acetone. Flavor is light tart, medium funk, nice stonefruit. A bit of sharpness that fades as the beer breathes.

Cork-top bottle, 0.375l. Aroma is funky vinous, musty, peppery and woody with stone fruity note. Pours hazy orange amber color with thin creamy white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart vinous, citrusy and grainy, follows by tannins and stone fruit with rather dry mouthfeel. Medium to full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Funky crooked eyes…

Bottle. Batch 1 - can't see a date but that looks like it's from 2016. 8% ABV. Misty gold with a white head that's soon less than a coat. Steeped grain and spicy aroma with more lemon than stone fruit. Oh, but the apricots spring out upon a swig - fleshy but sharpish. Dryish, fairly light bodied with lowish carbonation. Lovely stone fruit under mildly funky grain and spices. Some lemon. Moderately bitter finish. Sunny with an undercurrent of intrigue. Good stuff.

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours a near clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice tart peach with a bit of oak and some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has a juicy tart peach throughout with touches of oak and sweet grains backing.

Bottled 375ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, peach and brett in the nose. Peach, brett, light apricot, touch of yeast and some alcohol with sourish finish. Nothing special here. 8.0%ABV

Bottle. A- Apricot, brett, oak. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Apricot, straw, brett, oak, mild lemon, slightly soapy. P- Medium body, average texture, high carbonation, slightly funky finish. O- This might have been the most difficult cork ever to remove, I thought I was going to break the bottle. The brett is not as strong as I expected it to be. I am very happy with the amount of apricot that comes through. About 2 years old I think. Paired very well with some spicy Point Reyes Tomagashi cheese.
