Nose - candied lemon, elderflower, icing sugar and white pepper.
Taste - elderflower, lemon zest and generally herbaceous.
Palate - light bodied, long and dry zesty finish.
Overall - good stuff.

Not so much nelson but it has a nice saison character to it with a low alcohol percentage

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Distinct aroma of grapes, hay and kiwifruit. Dry with slender body and crisp mouthfeel. Crisp bread, grass and grapes, mild yeasty marzipan. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and refreshing.

Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma is spicy and fruity with flavour of yeast and wheat nice with mild bitterness and good note of hops.

Keg at Mother Arch III, 27/09/24. Pale golden blonde with a big old lasting white head. Nose is green berry must, light funk, gooseberries, straw, herb, buggy, farmyard esters. Taste comprises gooseberries, lychee, grass, herb, mellow yeast esters, lemon rind, grains, barnyard tones, light funk. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering climax and a good load of Nelson. Solid.
