Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is cognac, some caramel, mild banana and some rye tones to it. Flavour is very boozy, some cognac sweetness, banana and mild toffee tones with a bit wooden tones. Aroma hides alcohol very well, but actually is very offensive in the flavour.

Clear and brown with lasting fluffy head. Loads.of malts. Very much caramelised. Adds a bitter edge to the base sweetness. Slightly boozy cognac in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy copper to amber, very thin beige head. Aroma: Boozy, Cognac, grape. Taste: Cognac, wood notes, sweetish, some vanilla, some dried fruit. Boozy. Over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Full body, just below average carbonation. Cognac is a bit overwhelming, but nice slow sipper overall.
