Taste is orange peel with slitht sweetness, malt, crackers and a bit of grass. Medium to full bodied. Finishes dry with bitterness. Very good balance of sweetness and bitterness, great full body.

Mosaic is perhaps my favorite hops so I have high hopes on this beer. I have a 16 oz can obtained from Half Time late last year and also an ABGB snifter ready to catch the pour. I view a cloudy, gold-orange body completed by a strong, persistent fully white head of foam. The scent is not bad. Citrus, some tropical influence and some pine. I take a drink and have to say it is a significant improvement over the nose. Orange peel, a tangerine sweetness, a fine hops backbone, malt, crackers and a bit of grass. The sweet and bitter complement each other well in this beer. Pretty fine brew in my estimation.

Hazy golden colour, small fluffy slightly off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild spruce to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary, mild oaty tones with some slight spiciness as well as some grains too.
