The beer dances on a thin line between bitterness and acidity, filled with undertones of mango and hops. It packs just enough punch to spice up any evening. The ideal companion for every late summer evening while you watch the sun dip below the horizon. The color of the beer reminds us of the beautiful sunsets on our beloved Soualiga or ‘Land of Salt’. It is the name given to our island by the Arawak Indians, who settled in pre-Columbian times. They started using the shallow saltwater ponds to harvest salt crystals.

Draft at Lagoonies courtesy of Stephane and Nico, thanks! Clear golden color white head. Subtle mango aroma. Taste is light fruit light pepper light straw. Easy drinking but I'd like more mango. Soua Liga is the local name for Sint Maarten btw
