Axe raised to the power of X. Where X is dry hopping increased by 200%. 20% oats added to the grist for enhanced mouthfeel and character and IBU's significantly reduced.

Keg tap from the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Bright gold, hazy with an uneven white head. Mango, butterscotch, a touch of pine, a touch of soap. Sweet taste, some more tropical fruit with mango to fore, some butter - not in a 'hote golde' way but sweet, sugary pat of cold butter. Long finish with bitter hoppy notes. A confused beer - 10 for originality but a bit less for execution - although I certainly like it.

3 May 2020. Anke's Secret Birthday Tasting avec Pieter. Can from Gedeelde Vreugde. Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, thin, foamy, white head. Aroma of ripe peach, pineapple, dank rambutan, yoghurt, wet pepper, vague cashew even. Taste has sweet peach, pineapple & lychee on yoghurty maltiness, a bit spicy & dank-oniony. Dry, dank, floral hoppy finish, lots of ripe fruit with some spices. Medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. Nice NEIPA on the dank side.

Draught Fast gone white head over hazy orangeish yellow beer. Citrus nose, intense, passion fruit, bit soapy-perfumed; hopoil galore. Bitter citrus, bitter fruit & zeste. Faint hints at raw celeri, rhubarb, and diary. Warming up, gets a short glimpse of raw carrot or yellowroot (fresh turmeric). Very hopoil slick. Feels well-carbonated, rather long-lasting flavours. Not bad, nothing really special.

On tap at the Buxton Tap House. Pours a hazy yellow/amber with moderate head. Aromas of oranges and mangoes plus wheaty malts. Soft fruity flavors of oranges, limes, tropical fruit and wheat. A little perfumey. Done right. Nice
