William is a DDH IPA, heavily dry-hopped twice with Citra, HBC-586, and Nelson hops. It is named after my father and brewed in his honor.

Draught @ the brewery. Extremely hazy dull yellow with a foamy whitish head that flops fast, citrus aroma with a hint of mint, low carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, faint mint flavor, smooth body, long finish. Flavorful.

Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, orange juice, yeast. Taste has a light to moderate pithy bitterness backed by significant malt sweetness, finishing very dry. Lots of juicy hop flavors.

slighly hazy white to offwihte head
full bodied thick hoppy aroma that reminds me of herbs in the wild on a sunny rocky landscape, like, perhaps, the pyreneers in the summer, also leads me to think of european style ipa's where fruitiness is not the main objective. pretty nice. finer notes of flowers and fresh grass.
flavor is interesting. citrussy, candy-citrussy, those yellow oranges and citrus flavored candies, palate is rounded and soft bordering to a bit flat, tastes a bit like orange-jelly except not as bitter as good oranges-jelly.

16 oz can from Half Time, 12/18/24. Hazy yellowish-orange color with a nice foamy white head. Orange, pineapple, stone fruit, and melon. Drinks fairly bright and clean, with a light dryness to the finish. Tasty stuff. 8/4/8/4/17

Rated at Brewskival 2023. Sweetish, chewy juicy and tropical fruity with some pine, citrus and floral notes. A bit stuffy, doesn't feel super fresh.
