Mosaic in the whirlpool and then dry hopped intensely with Mosaic. In this new batch we replaced a part of Mosaic T-90 pellets with Mosaic Cyro Hops for more pure Mosaic aroma.

Hazy, yellow-orange colored, medium white frothy head. Aroma is of some malt, caramel, medium fruity and tropical hops, some citrus, bit saesalty aroma, orange hardcandy. Taste is medium sweet malt, bit caramel and orange hardcandy, hoppy fruity and tropical notes, citrus, again a bit of sea salty aroma, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. (on tap, Struise shop, Brugge)

From tap. Pours murky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and mango fruity. Lingering mango and peachy fruity. Lingering fruity, peachy and citrusy. Juicy and fruity far finish.
