Our ever faithful house IPA born from both the necessity of what we had to work with, and what we had to do. Brewed with a softer grist of North American 2 Row and Malted Wheat, fermented with our expressive house ale yeast, and dry hopped with a focus on the Falconers Flight hop blend, this beer delivers on balanced hop and yeast character of brighter citrus, orange pine marmalade, and stone fruit cohesion.

Aromas are citrus, resin, herbs and malt. Flavors are similar to nose. Great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. A touch of bubble gum in back. Bittersweet finish. Nothing new but nice.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: semi-hazy golden color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head. Dissipated and left some light lace
Aroma: combines some stone fruits, light pine, citrusy tones, orange hoppiness, cracker-like malts
Flavor: combines all the prior mentioned aromas bittersweetly; lean aftertaste of stone fruits, and orange hoppiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, semi-sessionable, somewhat smooth but somewhat not, finishes semi-smooth citrusy bright
Overall: to me, this seemed more of an AIPA but hmmm...no dates anywhere on the can. Hmmm...well, I liked this enough for me, so I know I'd get again.

Draught at Tip Taproom, 1/13/22. Lightly-to-moderately hazy, lemon merengue with a dense, white head. Nose is full of sweaty, resinous C-hops, unsurprisingly. Hard lemon rind, grapefruit and pine. Was hoping TC worked some magic with the Falconer's Flight but it's just more of the same old school West Coast IPA aromatics. Malt is biscuity/crackery, not sweet, but still feels supportive, while there isn't an excess of acidity nor any alcohol or flaw. Citrusy, of course, but very resinous and bitter, mostly. Dry, acidic citrus in the form of lemon and white grapefruit. Malts are dense and very substantial, while still being well-attenuated, which is excellent. In that sense, the beer is well-brewed, but I just can't get behind these outdated high alpha bittering hops. Just too much palate fatigue and for what? A bunch of bitter, resinous, hard citrus character. Outside of that, excellent texture and well-brewed, with no flaw or alcohol noted.

Draft at Meridian Pint. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a lasting, slightly off-white head with plenty of lacing. Aroma was creamy vanilla citrus, some light orange. Pleasant citrus character. Enjoyable.
