Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this mango colour beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth and light malts, a reasonable creamy sweetness but fighting a losing battle against the surprisingly bitter hop array. Juicy ripe orange and orange peel. Tangy peel bitterness. A little mandarin buried underneath. The hop spice really takes hold on the smooth and semi dry finish, not quite a hop burn but getting there. Some overripe mango with it.Interesting, feels like a Tipa from 13 or 14 years ago. Quite an experience.

Can at home, picked up from Beer Merchants online, 26/03/2025.
Murky orange topped with a light egg shell white cap that stays for the show.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, caramel malts, grapefruit, mango.
Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter orange, grass, raw edged alcohol, pine needle, papaya.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close, spiked with aggressive resinous hop bitterness with a big rising boost.
Big punchy TIPA with an old skool base and cloaked in booze ... on the latter front perhaps a little unrefined and raw but decent enough boost juice ... rather that than a sweet mess.

Canned 8/23/24, drunk 11/10/24. Heavily hazy, maize-golden-pineapple. Large, creamy, thick head, slow to recede, great retention which is impressive for such a high abv beer. In the mouth there are spicy yeast phenols and big fruits with candied pineapple, papaya and, yeah, I could see grape eau de vie. Rich, rich, deeply honeyed malts balance and there's no alcohol or resin. In the mouth it's spicy, nicely bitter, very malty but very nicely attenuated. White grape, mineral, all sorts of interesting pepper and brandy. Deep spice, more white wine and lingering grapefruit and succulent lime. Rich but balanced and no alcohol noted, though it's a bit warming and fuzzy, of course. This is incredibly well-done.

Can (8/23/24) pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Cloudy bright yellow with thin head, nice lacing. Aroma is strong oak/cedar, pine, caramel, milder stone fruit, hint of lime. Taste is strong caramel, wood, stone fruit, milder grape. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nice strength and great complexity, no sign of alcohol. Interesting.

16 oz can. Canned 08/23/24. Aroma shows peach on top of herb and caramel like sweetness. MUCH better flavor than the aroma. Peach, mango, apricot upfront with a mild caramel malt sweetness. I. The finish shows herb and citrus rind. Hidden ABV. Nice!

Sweet, stingy hoppy and citrusy with some pine, warming alcohol and tropical fruits, mild bitterness. A bit unbalanced, doesn't feel super fresh.
