In celebration for our upcoming English themed beer festival Brexodus we decided to brew something extra special for the occasion. Utilising our preferred golden promise base with a large oat addition this IPA is delicately sweet but undeniably full bodily. On top of this we loaded it with impressively high dryhop and reduced whirlpool temperatures, Brexodus offers a hop slam to the face overloaded with Mandarin, Mango, Guava and papaya yet seemingly no bitterness! The cascade offers gentle pine notes to help round off this tropical fruit storm leading to an exceptionally drinkable IPA.

Can 440ml. @ home.[ As Stigbergets / Wylam / Cloudwater / Verdant / Northern Monk Brexodus ].Murky medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white and open head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, orange, mandarine, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, tropical fruit, mandarine, dry, hoppy, hop juice. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190502] 8-3-8-3-16

Can at home. Pours hazy orange with a brief, white head. Very fruity with loads of citrus and pineapple. Some grass and vanilla cookies. Low bitterness. Juicy.

Brungulgrumlig med ett stort skum som sjunker undan fort. Fruktig doft med mycket tallkåda. Även smaken är väldigt fruktig med mycket mango och en hel del tallbarr. Lite sträv beska. Mycket lättdrucken och god.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki. Smooth, chewy juicy fruity and tropical with some pineapple, mango, citrus and mild bitterness too. Pretty fresh and balanced NEIPA. Good one.

Burk. Fin gul vätska med ett stort fluffigt skum. Doftar mango, gräs och örter. Smaken är sötsyrlig. Mycket citrus, men även endel banan och till sist en örtig bitterhet. Munkänslan är juicig men tyvärr är kolsyran lite för hög. För stora bubblor.

440ml can from Kihoskh webshop. Bäst före 13 09 2019. Poured hazy orange color, dense white head, creamy looks. Papaya, pineapple fruity juicy aroma. Flavor has more grapefruity hops, some pine and slight bitterness. Good drinkability, nice juiciness. Excellent stuff.

Canned from Systembolaget. Murky yellow, rich firm head. Intense perfumy papaya aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Papaya and mango, moderate hop burn. Medium bitterness.
