A blend of saisons brewed with barley and spelt from Deer Creek Malthouse, hopped with aged and fresh hops. Fermented with our foraged yeast culture, aged in wine barrels with our mixed culture. Conditioned on raspberries and blackberries and refermented in the bottle.

Bottle. Pours deep red. Raspberry, funk, tart, blackberry, oak, raspberry jam, minerally, hay, blackberry, cherry. Nice spritzy body. Excellent.

Bottle: pours purplish red with a white head. Aroma is raspberry and blackberry, with great farmhouse funk and earthy notes. Taste us funky, earthy, well represented fruitiness. Slight tartness but generally not sour. Excellent.
