IPA is a style of beer that is still somewhat controversial. Many people do not like the bitterness that IPA is characterized by.
In this slightly more “modern” version, we have therefore tried to make a beer that has a clean and delicious malt flavor, but where the hops still have the main role in the beer.
There is a mother nature bitterness and not least notes of tropical fruits, mango, citrus and a hint of pineapple.
It is a difficult beer to balance. It actually almost requires you to be… an Alchemist.
