Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, very mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light crisp pine intro bright pineapple. Very Sabro but this is HBC1019 so I am looking for that limey Sorachi vibe and finding it but not as punchy as I would want or hope for. It is the 3rd hop on the list but it normally punches through effortlessly. So, Nelson, very mild winey grape and Citra providing good bright orange, tangerine and mandarin. A mild hop spice on the crisp finish. It would be easy to mark this dipa down because of my HBC1019 expectations but if I extract my head from my arse, I find a very bright crisp and fruity dipa that goes down a treat.

500ml can from the brewery. Hazy golden, with a thick creamy white head, Deya's head retention is absolutely insane. Aroma of ripe citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, lime. Taste of pineapple, lemon and lime, grapefruit, peach, sweet but not overly so. Medium-full bodied, very smooth, creamy.
